With the gradual deepening of economic globalization, ocean-going industry has become the lifeblood of economic growth in most countries.In China, the ocean-going industry, is an increasingly greater role, but there are still many problems need to face and solve in its development process.Based on objectively analyzing the characteristics and requirements of logistics of ocean-going ships and learning from the U.S.military logistics management, This paper builds logistics supply chain, and establishes performance evaluation model of the supply chain and its flexible design.
