早期应用益口漱口对预防腰椎围手术期肺部感染的效果观察
目的：探讨早期应用益口漱口液对预防腰椎围手术期肺部感染的效果评价。方法：选择2014年4月-2015年6月我院脊柱外科收治的腰椎间盘突出的患者865例，将其随机分成两组，实验组422例，对照组443例。由于我科腰椎术后患者需卧床至少一周，卧床期间患者生活不能完全自理，为保持术后患者口腔的清洁卫生，对照组从术后第二天开始指导患者每天早晚，餐前，餐后使用益口漱口，实验组从入院开始对患者进行宣教，并开始

两种方式模拟股骨头坏死微环境的有效性分析
目的：研究探讨股骨头坏死组织匀浆法及Transwell共培养法对股骨头坏死体外微环境模拟的有效性进行分析。方法：12月龄清洁级健康杂种犬。利用液氮冷冻法制作股骨头坏死模型,造模后4周常规传代培养犬BMSCs,取第2代细胞进行实验。同时取出坏死的股骨头及健康的股骨头,按照模拟方式的不同分为A、B两组,对BMSCs进行干预。
