In order to enhance the oral bioavailability of protein and peptide drugs,and to obtain a new type of biodegradable colon-specific drug delivery system for the application in the treatment of cancers,in this paper,a novel oral colon-specific drug delivery system was designed and synthesized by using konjac glucomannan(KGM)as matrix materials for its colon-specific enzymatic degradation characteristic.
