Background Analysis of complete line of cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) in patients with heart failure in the past 10 years was done to explore the long-term efficacy of CRT treatment of heart failure.Methods CRT in patients with chronic heart failure in the Heart Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University was done in a total of 238 cases,male 182 cases,female 56 cases,aged 60.3 ± 1 1.7 (31-85) years old.Respectively,1 week after CRT;1,3,and 6 months follow-up once every 6-12 months thereafter.
