地机穴是足太阴脾经的郄穴,郄穴是经脉气血深集的部位,具有较强的止痉止痛,行气活血的功效.地机穴临床广泛应用于原发性痛经、月经不调、失眠、肩周炎等多方面的治疗.地机穴在治疗妇科疾病中有突出的疗效,是妇科调经止痛的常用穴,能调理气血,理气止痛.
