本文分别介绍了脱氧胆酸修饰的羧甲基壳聚糖的合成过程及其结构表征，脱氧胆酸-羧甲基壳聚糖自聚集纳米粒制备及其性质表征以及载阿霉素脱氧胆酸-羧甲基壳聚糖自聚集纳米粒制备及其性质表征，进一步研究了其抗肿瘤活性、药动力学、靶向性。
