天然产物Uncinine 的合成研究

【摘要】

：

中草药鹰爪花在民间常用来治疗鼻咽癌,Uncinine 1 是一种具有2(5H)-呋喃-2-酮结构的生物碱,2001 年被Hsieh,Tian-Jye 等人从鹰爪花中首次发现.其对人肝癌细胞 HepG2、Hep 2,2,15 具有很好的抑制活性,IC50 分别达到6.1μg/mL、7.4 μg/mL.
