　　Purpose This study is to investigate the clinical value ofultrasonographic diagnosis of thyroid nodules with Hashimoto s Thyroiditis(HT).Methods We analyzed 897 surgical cases of thyroid nodule in Zhejiang Cancer Hospital from January 2011to June 2012 (178 HT cases and 707 non-HT cases).Based on the results of postoperative pathology, we compared the difference in the clinical value ofultrasonographic diagnosis in these two groups.
