　　A novel dual layer circular polarizer based on Frequency Selective Surface(FSS)is designed for high frequency applications.At present available polarizers do not have perfect circular polarization for 60 GHz application.Therefore,some innovative ideas and significant techniques have been employed to achieve the perfect circular polarization by using dual layer polarizer.The Simulation results show that transmission of perfect circular polarization is obtained at 60.84 GHz and pass band is extended from 60.78–61.42 GHz.
