石墨烯/二氧化硅/聚苯胺三元复合材料的制备及其电化学性能研究

  以氧化石墨烯、正硅酸四乙酯和苯胺单体为原料,采用两步法制备了石墨烯/二氧化硅/聚苯胺三元复合材料.采用循环伏安法对材料进行电化学性能测试[1],结果表明,当氧化石墨烯与苯胺单体的投料比为1:50时,在1 MH2SO4电解液中,在扫描速度1 mV/s下,三元复合材料的比容量达554.5 F/g,远大于石墨烯/二氧化硅的比容量(144 F/g).
