目的：观察点阵CO2激光治疗面部术后刀口瘢痕的安全性及有效性.方法：选择中国医学科学院整形外科医院激光美容中心2010.6月至2013.12月面部刀口瘢痕患者,于伤后3-12个月起行第一次点阵CO2激光治疗,采用Deep FX TM与Active FXTM两种模式进行治疗.共进行3-5次治疗,每次间隔2个月.于末次治疗后3个月进行评价：(1)瘢痕改善程度评价标准：改善程度小于25％视为无效,25％
目的：探讨不全性并指修复方法，减少传统手术的并发症.方法：用局部皮瓣法修复6个病人9个指间，手术中设计3个皮瓣，分别覆盖修复并指分离后的三个缺损区域，同时使用皮瓣的推进方法，使创面得到完整的覆盖.结果：所以皮瓣均无坏死，除手术的切口疤痕外，术后均未留有增生性疤痕和明显的疤痕挛缩畸形.1例病人有轻度的璞状疤痕，指璞深度不满意.结论：皮瓣法可以很好的修复不完全性的并指畸形，能很大程度的减少传统植皮方法
