九瑞矿集区是长江中下游成矿带七大矿集区之一。该矿集区金属资源以铜为主,矿床成因类型主要包括矽卡岩型、斑岩型、沉积-热液叠加改造型和热液脉型等(翟裕生等,1992;蒋少涌等,2008)。前人对九瑞地区与成矿有关的花岗质岩体(138~148 Ma)进行大量详细的地球化学研究,指示其具有埃达克质的特征,可能是拆沉的下地壳发生部分熔融,埃达克质岩浆熔体与地幔橄榄岩进行了强烈的相互作用,造成地幔中亲铜元素如Cu、Au进入熔体中,从而提供了成矿金属来源(蒋少涌等,2008;
Jiurui Mining Area is one of the seven major ore areas in the metallogenic belt in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. The metal resources of the ore district are mainly copper. The genetic types of the deposits include skarn type, porphyry type, sedimentary-hydrothermal superimposition remodeling type and hydrothermal vein type (Zhai Yusheng et al., 1992; Jiang Shaoyong et al., 2008) .
