The semi-aerobic landfill is a co-beneficial technology which reduces emissions of methane via LFG and organic pollutant via leachate simultaneously.There are many success stories on this technology in Japan and the world.However,theological background for design and operation of the semi-aerobic landfill,especially for landfill methane reduction,has not been well established yet.
