  The cracking of plum can be regulated by site conditions,climate,cultivars,cultivation and management measures and so on,which also limits the future development of plum industry.The Peach shape lee(crack easily)and Dragon garden autumn lee(crack resistance)were used as materials,from the point on water transport to explain the mechanism of plum cracking by soak the mature fruits,magenta tracer and paraffin slice.
