Objective To detect plasma levels of CD62P, CD63, PAgT (Platelet aggregation rate, PAgT) and PEDF (Pigment epithelium-derived factors, PEDF), and study PEDF level and platelet activation, platelet aggregation in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods According to Child-Pugh classification standard, thirtyseven hepatitis B cirrhosis patients could be divided into group A, B, C, in which there were 15 cases in group A, 12 cases in group B,10 cases in group C, and 10 cases in normal group, to detect CD62P and CD63 positive percentage by flow cytometry, PAgT by platelet aggregation analyzer, the contents of PEDF by enzymelinked immunosorbent method.
