Plant cuticles has a great relationship with its resistance to various a biotic stress, but these various stress and ABA how to regulate cuticle biosynthesis is still not very clear.This study we researched the Impact of drought (withdraw water for 8 days), salt(150mMNaCl watered for 3 times), ABA the abitic stress inducible hormones (100uM ABA spraying leaves surface for 3 times), and UV-B (10.08 kJ.m-2.d-1 treatment for 4days ,each day for 8 hours) radiation on leaf cuticle lipids using economic crops of wheat (variety Linyou 4081) as materials.
