　　The purpose of this study was to testwhether the use of rapid trifocal transport distractionosteogenesis (RTTDO) plused bone moiphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) can enhance osteogenesis in calvarial defects and we hope that this study can suggest a novel approachto clinically accelerate bone formation for calvarial reconstruction.

下颌角个性化精确定位截骨的研究
目的：通过使用3D打印技术，术前预制个性化红白打样膏三维截骨模套，术中准确定位截骨线，引导截骨，确保下颌角精确截骨，保证术后疗效的满意.　　方法：本实验取5例下颌角肥大患者为研究对象，术前谈话沟通签订协议书，术前常规检查排除手术禁忌症.术前患者行下颌部多排螺旋2.0 CT扫描，扫描数据以DICOM格式保存.依据DICOM数据三维复制打印患者下颌骨，制作下颌骨模型.
