配体交换法制备磁性荧光微粒

本论文利用共沉淀法制备出Fe304并用油酸进行改性:将3-(甲基丙烯酞氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯以及荧光可聚合配合物Eu(AA)3Phen共聚制备出两亲聚合物,两者在N2气环境和室温下反应,通过配体交换法使两亲聚合物替换掉Fe304表面油酸,产物(PMNPs)通过磁分离等方式纯化。测试结果表明,配体交换法有效的改性了单颗粒的磁性纳米粒子,所制备的微粒粒径较为均一,平均粒径仅为45nm,呈良好的分散性;所制备的荧光微粒具有高度的水分散性。稀土两亲性聚合物结构控制和稀土磁性荧光微粒粒径控制上还有待进一步提高,但其良好的功能性和小粒径,使其在生物应用上具有很多潜在的应用性,具有进一步研究的价值。
