研究了改性胺类萃取剂从碱性氰化液中萃取Au(CN)2-及反萃取的可能性。考察了不同类型胺、水相金浓度、无机盐及其浓度和反萃液pH等因素对萃取、反萃取的影响。并以改性胺萃取剂为液膜载体提出了液膜法从金矿浸出液中提金同时回收氰化钠的新工艺。现场中间试验结果表明,以改性胺萃取剂为载体的乳化液膜体系能有效地富集氰化浸出液中的金。
The extraction of Au (CN) 2- from alkaline cyanide solution and the possibility of back extraction were studied. The effects of different types of amines, aqueous gold concentration, inorganic salts and their concentrations and pH of stripping solution on extraction and stripping were investigated. A modified amine extractant was proposed as a liquid carrier to extract the gold from the gold leaching solution and to recover the sodium cyanide by the liquid membrane method. The field test results show that the modified amine extractant carrier emulsion liquid membrane system can effectively enrich the cyanide leaching solution of gold.
