采用机理方法和系统辨识方法建立了苯酐生产过程带有纯滞后的二阶结构的数学模型,并设计出具有PID结构的自校正前馈控制器。同时,提出了1种两级微机控制系统结构,完成了上位机监视、控制、管理的软件设计。结果表明,此系统稳定、可靠,提高了控制精度,达到了设计要求。
The mathematical model of the second-order structure with pure hysteresis in the process of phthalic anhydride production was established by the method of mechanics and system identification, and a self-tuning feedforward controller with PID structure was designed. At the same time, a kind of two-level microcomputer control system structure is proposed, and the software design of host computer monitoring, control and management is completed. The results show that the system is stable and reliable, improves the control accuracy and meets the design requirements.
