Background To assess efficacy and safety of bivalirudin during PCI therapy in AMI patients with Heparin-Induced Thrombocytopenia (HIT).Methods A total of 488 patients were enrolled which confirmed AMI by coronary angiography from July,2012 to February,2013,in which 10 patients were induced to come out Heparin-Induced Thrombocytopenia,6 females,aged 48-79 years.The incidence Of HIT patients was 2.0％.All patients were applied to bivalirudin (0.25 g,intravenous injection) during PCI.We summarized the characteristics of the patients,record incidence of in-hospital minor bleeding,major bleeding,platelet reduction and incidence of major adverse cardiac events (MACE) during hospitalization and 1 month after discharge.
