目的:研究小分子活性肽儿茶酚抑素(catestatin,CST)在两肾—夹肾性高血压大鼠发病中的表达及其意义.方法:SD大鼠30只,随机均分为假手术6周组(normal)和两肾—夹手术6周组(2K1C).颈总动脉压力容积导管测量平均颈动脉压(mCAP)与左心功能;以(左心室+室间隔)/体重的重量比[(LV+ S)/BW]作为左心肥大指数;Western blotting测定组织CST前体嗜铬粒蛋白
