取样方法对钛铸件力学性能的影响

研究了样坯形状、取样位置、样坯大小对钛铸件力学性能的影响。试验按照铸件壁厚的不同附铸不同厚度的板状试样、棒状试样,并从浇道上取样,然后与从测试铸件本体上不同壁厚处取样测定的力学性能进行比较。结果表明,不同厚度的板状样坯与铸件本体上相应壁厚处取样测试结果更接近,能更好地代表铸件的性能。从板状样坯厚度方向1/4处取样测试的力学性能略高于1/2处取样,但这种差别很小。与单铸的板状试样相比,整体附铸的样坯与铸件上该厚度处的本体试样性能非常接近,在铸造重要结构件或大型、承受大载荷、高压的钛铸件时,可采用整体附铸试样的方法。对于同一种形状的样坯,一定范围内随着试样规格的增大,其力学性能逐渐降低。 The effects of sample shape, sampling position and sample size on the mechanical properties of titanium castings were studied.
