棉花A、D基因组数据分析、基因组演化及基因功能

本文以雷蒙德氏棉(Gossypiumraimondii)基因组(DD,2n=26)和亚洲棉(Gossypiumarboreum)基因组(AA,2n=26)为基础,通过高通量测序组装得到的棉花的A 和D 基因组都包含约41000个具有蛋白编码能力的基因,且具有高度的共线性,但基因组体积相差超过一倍(A为1724兆碱基对,D为775兆碱基对).
