目的：目前口服或静脉给药即释吗啡存在滴定方法繁琐、癌痛控制疗效欠佳的不足。盐酸羟考酮缓释片1天之内即可达到稳定的血药浓度，易于剂量滴定，本研究拟比较羟考酮缓释片与常规吗啡即释片进行癌痛滴定的疗效，以证实以羟考酮缓释片为背景的癌痛滴定非劣效于常规吗啡即释片的滴定。

【摘 要】
：
