Terrorism has been an obstacle to the peace and development of the world,and China has been attacked by terrorism.In the recent years,China is emphasizing on the anti-terrorist by technology.Since 1992,the terrorist incidents happened in China performed the basic characteristics of terrorism,including means of violence,political purpose,organizational action,high return on investment,psychological terrorism.The traditional violence embracing explosion,arson,poisoning,assassination,hijacking and vandalism as well as the composability of weapons show a trend of diversification of technical means.As the development of technology,terrorist dependence on technology is gradually deepened.The new technology applied by terrorist organizations in China to terrorist activities results in the developments of terrorism.Terrorist organizations are changed from a single tree structure to a flexible network structure,and terrorist behavior manners are changed from traditional violence to terrorism on network,which implies that counter-terrorism by technology is our inevitable choice.
