Cr2Ge2Se7(en)5 crystallize in the triclinic space group P-1.The basic building blocks of Cr2Ge2Se7(en)5 are cations [Cr(en)3]3+,anions [CrGeSe4(en)2]-and anions [Ge2Se6]4-.
