目的：探讨锁骨轴位投照技术的临床应用价值。方法：2015年3月-2015年8月期间对高度怀疑锁骨骨折患者加照锁骨轴位片，及进一步进行CT检查。结果：对于选取的36例高度疑似锁骨骨折病例，经加照锁骨轴位片发现33例锁骨骨折断端移位不明显者，后经CT检查均示锁骨骨折。结论：锁骨轴位投照技术的临床应用，结合常规正位片大大提高了锁骨骨折的诊断率，而且能详细观察断端的对位对线情况，为锁骨骨折患者的治疗、愈后
