本文研究了LC4铝合金在不同状态下形变时形成宏观剪切带的问题。认为在一定条件下一个或几个晶粒内先形成晶粒尺度的剪切带,由于织构等原因,这种晶粒尺度的剪切带穿过晶界扩展成试样尺度的宏观剪切带。
This paper studies the LC4 aluminum alloy deformation under different conditions to form a macroscopic shear band problem. It is considered that under certain conditions, one or more grain-size shear bands are firstly formed in the grain. Due to the texture and other reasons, the grain-scale shear band extends through the grain boundary and expands into macro-shear at the sample scale band.
