大量的理论[1]和实验[2]已证实卟啉的大环扭曲是血红素功能的关键。为揭示血红素扭曲的作用,需要获得多种类型非平面金属卟啉作为血红素模型化合物[3],此前,本课题组在探讨大环变形对铁[4-6],钴[7,8],镍[9],铜[10,11],锌[12,13]等金属电子结构调节和光谱红移[14]的过程中,逐步形成了一种模块与模板相结合辅助进行非平面金属卟啉合成的方法。
