There are limitations of cancer surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy respectively. It is difficult to confirm negative margins. Even pre-operation imaging technology can found the tumor precisely by using MRI, CT, but the surgeons need experience and hand feels to detect the boundary of tumors. Usually, a large area of normal issues will be respected to prevent the recurrence of the tumor. In order to prevent the recurrence and metastasis of tumor, the radiotherapy also expand region of irradiation. These usually cause serious burns over large areas. Besides, Chemotherapy induces not only nausea and vomiting in the patients, but also causes hair loss and menticide. These bring the heavy financial bur dent of family. The purpose of our research is to develop visual surgical navigation systems which surgeons can see with their naked eyes to enhance surgical safety. We combined the liposomes and metal complexes hydrogels with higher stability. In particular, we developed bio membrane complexes system using paclitaxel, iron complex, and lecithin. First, high levels of PTX could be loaded in biomembrane complexes. Moreover, in vivo hyperthermia and photodynamic therapy showed that the systems were good thermo sensitive, photosensitive. In vitro experiment shows it has both T1 T2 weight MRI enhancement effect. Finally, bio membrane complexes system demonstrated the strong anti-tumor efficacy on MDA-MB-231 breast cancer. In conclusion, bio membrane complexes might be a high-performance thermo sensitive, photo sensitive and MRI enhance system for local cancer therapy. This will in turn lead to surgeons intuitively grasping the tumor position, size, infiltration and ;metastasis of the neoplasm of the operational fields.
