Objective To investigate the energy efficiency, safety and efficacy of focused ultrasound in the treatment of children with vascular disease. Methods CZP-based ultrasound treatment instrument prototype, choose the appropriate probe focal length, adjust the power and time, the Hainan Gray cock coronet scanning radiation, the naked eye observation of Cocks and 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride ( TTC staining, light microscopy and electron microscopy and Doppler ultrasound examination of coronary arteries layer changes. Results ① The structure of the cockscomb in Hainan gray cock was similar to that of the children with vascular lesions. ② The radiation efficiency of cockscomb in two doses of 2.6 w 200 s and 3.6 w 120 s were 100%, and the irreversible damage to the epidermis occurred The rates were 0, 37.5% respectively. ③The feed intake, water consumption, body weight and rectal temperature of Hainan gray cock had no significant change before and after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusions Focused ultrasound treatment of animal models of vascular disease has shown that it may become a safe and effective new method for the treatment of subcutaneous vascular lesions in children.
