Sports recreation has become one significant part in modem social life.Influenced by national culture,sports recreation values in different places inevitably reflect different cultural characteristics.From the perspectives of motivation,natural harmony,spatial displacement,team awareness,sense of time,etc.,this paper finally gets the conclusion that different values in sports recreation between China and the West is a showing of different recognitions about the objective world.In todays increasing cross-cultural exchanges,different cultural traits collide and result in the fusion of sports recreation values,which lay ideological foundation for a orderly,safe and healthy development of sports recreation science.
