A two-dimensional high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) system was developed for determination and separation by coupling of two mutually-independent columns in different separation mechanism[1].By using molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs) filled as first dimension column for its high selectivity,an analytical methodology based on molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction(MISPE) coupled online to HPLC was developed for the determination and separation of complex samples with good accuracy in brief operation and short time.
