Recently, electronic devices have been required with miniaturization,high-speed,low energy-consumption,and flexibility due to the rapid development of the modern wireless communication. There is a growing demand for the magnetic materials with high resonance frequency(fr),large permeability(μ),and low magnetic loss in the GHz frequency range to reduce size and minimizing the electromagnetic energy of the microwave devices. We have demonstrated that the cut-off frequency of superparamgnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles can reach to 6.6GHz.[1] Moreover,we have prepared the ultrathin paper of Fe3O4/GO/CNTs hybrid nanomaterials with excellent microwave absorption properties.[2] In addition,we have revealed that the μ value of the ordered Fe3O4 nanorods can increase and the calculated μ value of ordered Fe3O4 nanorods can even improved to 4.22 with the increase dipolar interaction strength.[3] These results could plays a guiding significance in promote the applications of magnetic nanomaterials in the 5GHz microwave devices.
