Serving as a powerful tool to ensure the bridge safety by long term monitoring and operational condition assessment,bridge health monitoring system becomes more extensive application in real bridge engineering projects.In the implementation of bridge health monitoring system,the sensor installation and data acquisition got more emphasis especially in China (Shan et al.2011).In order to extract more accurate and effective bridge structural information from the measured data acquired by the bridge health monitoring system,it is an essential requirement to develop the software system with powerful data analysis and processing function for bridge health monitoring system.
