碳—石墨材料因其一系列独特的性能而被应用于电器、机械、冶金、航空等许多领域,但由于其制造工艺的影响,不可避免地在制品内部残留下许多开口的和不开口的气孔,从而降低了制品的机械强度、电导、热导等性能,并因此限制了碳—石墨材料的进一步广泛应用。为了克服这些弱点,目前国内外一般采用浸渍的方法来加以弥补。碳—石墨材料的金属浸渍制品由于既保持了碳—石墨材料的基本特性,又因金属的浸入提高了制品的强度,克服了脆性,并进一步提高了导电、导热性能,所以金属浸渍的碳—石墨制品近年来在国内外的应用日趋广泛,同时,对金属浸渍工艺的研究产生了极大兴趣。
