Background Chronic kidney disease (CKD) has become one of the major worldwide health problems.Glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is considered as the best overall index to reflect kidney function.The newly developed GFR estimating equations by CKD-EPI Collaboration and Feng et al.based on standardized serum cystatin C (ScysC),either combined with serum creatinine (Scr) or not,require further validation in China.This study compared the performance of four new equations (CKD-EPIcys,CKD-EPIcr-cys,Feng-cys and Feng-cr-cys equations) with CKD-EPI creatinine equation (CKD-EPIcr) in adult chronic kidney disease patients to direct the clinical application of these tools.

目的 探讨双抗原夹心ELISA 检测抗-HCV 与重组免疫印迹试验(RIBA)确证结果的关系.方法 对10120 例在山东大学附属省立医院就诊的患者标本采用双抗原夹心ELISA 法进行抗-HCV检测,对检测阳性的标本做RIBA 确证.

目的 研究电化学发光法检测CEA 不同批号试剂室内质控发生明显偏倚时,对患者检测结果的影响.材料与方法 罗氏CEA 试剂,批号171617 和172356,定标液批号169267,仪器:罗氏E601;172356与171617 相比,室内质控靶值正向偏倚10 ％.留取171617 检测的临床标本66 份;172356 检测的临床标本58 份;-20℃保存备用.以172356 试剂检测所有预留标本.
目的 地高辛(digoxin)是临床上常用的中效强心苷类药物,能够增强心肌收缩力,增加心排出量且不增加心肌耗氧量,主要用来治疗各种急性和慢性心功能不全以及阵发性室上速、房颤、房扑等心律失常.地高辛的吸收不完全,吸收率约50 ％—70 ％,而且会受到肾脏功能的影响,血液中的浓度可因个体生物利用度的不同相差数倍.
