Background TIMI Myocardial Perfusion Frame Count (TMPFC) developed by our medical center is a novel technique using coronary cine-angiography for quantifying the filling and clearance of contrast agents in the myocardium. We hypothesized that the incomplete ST-segment resolution could be evaluated by TMPFC in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
