A total of 150 Achai cows from different dairy herds in KPK province were used to obtain polymorphism of bovine lactoferrin (LTF) gene for use as a possible genetic marker.Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) technology was used to detect single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of lactoferrin gene (LTF).
