　　To enhance antioxidant properties, SiBCN coatings were prepared on SiC fibers by dip-coating and pyrolysis ofpolyborosilazane (PBSZ) solution.The morphology, composition, structure, strength and oxidation resistance of coated SiC fibers were evaluated by SEM, XPS, XRD and tensile test.The results show that the uniform coatings were composed of amorphous phase with an approximate composition formula of Si2.37BC3.16N2.27O0.39.
