黄河口凹陷位于渤海湾盆地东南部,北部与渤南低凸起相邻,南部与莱北低凸起相接,整体呈近东西走向,具有北断南超的半地堑结构,凹陷面积约为3300km2.受太平洋板块和印度板块对华北板块的俯冲作用、郑庐断裂带左旋到右旋转变、以及地幔上涌产生的水平拉张作用等因素的共同控制,将黄河口凹陷新生代构造演化划分为三个阶段:E2k~E2S4早期裂陷阶段、E2s3~E3d裂陷伸展阶段和N1g~QP裂后拗陷阶段。
二连盆地位于内蒙古自治区,是我国晚中生代陆上大型断陷沉积盆地之一.盆地在早白垩世的演化以大规模伸展作用为特征,但也遭受了多次强烈的挤压,使得白垩系不同层段之间被明显的角度不整合面分隔.本研究在系统分析盆地地震反射剖面和钻井资料的基础上,结合砂岩碎屑错石U-Pb年龄和磷灰石裂变径迹资料,指出二连盆地下白至统赛汉塔拉组和上白至统二连组两套地层之间存在挤压变形、隆升剥蚀和沉积间断。
