焦炭作为高炉的燃料、还原剂、料柱骨架,因其料柱骨架作用的无可替代,使其质量倍受炼铁工作者的重视和关注。众所周知,焦炭主要质量指标对高炉产量和焦比的影响各不相同,如何综合评价焦炭的质量,作到焦化厂与炼铁厂互利互惠,对提高经济效益、减少资源浪费显得很重要,为此我们提出焦炭质量综合评价打分制,可以简单直观的对不同批次的焦炭进行质量评判和比较,同时通过应用测算,制定满足炼铁生产需要的焦炭质量范围,减少质量过剩对资源的浪费以及质量过低对炼铁生产的影响。
