表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)广泛表达于正常细胞,介导细胞的生长、分化,其异常活化与肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、促进血管生成及对放化疗耐药密切相关,使EGFR成为肿瘤治疗最重要的靶点之一.本次报告总结了已上市EGFR单克隆抗体(帕妥珠单抗、尼妥珠单抗和西妥昔单抗)的临床应用。
