某款发动机下护板的热性能评估及改进

针对某款车型近期市场上出现发电机不发电和机械风扇扇叶折断问题,提出增加下护板方案.文中对发动机下护板进行了三大轮多种方案的CFD分析论证,然后,通过在各种恶劣工况下的热平衡最高许用温度及热害点温度对比和CFD计算的流场结果与无护板状态对比,确定了最终下护板方案.结果表明发动机下护板经过改进优化后,不仅对发电机和机械风扇起到了有效的防护作用,而且也满足了底盘的热性能要求.
