外阴根治术是治疗外阴癌的主要治疗方案，由于该手术切除范围广，创面大等相关因素使得外阴癌术后切口延迟愈合发生率高。本文总结了外阴癌术后切口延迟愈合的相关因素及针对性的干预措施，为降低外阴癌术后切口延迟愈合发生率提供指导。
