Backgroud Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) is a rare group of inheritable disorders resulting in abnormal collagen production,leading to skin fragility,joint hypermobility and easy bruising.In the rare vascular type of EDS there is a defect in the synthesis of collagen type Ⅲ,important constituent of the blood vessel wall,which may cause arterial rupture,dissection and neurovascular complications.
