霉变玉米电子鼻信号多特征表征与鉴别研究

  为了提高电子鼻检测玉米霉变程度的正确率,该文探究了电子鼻信号多特征组合表征对霉变玉米鉴别结果的影响。首先,由于玉米本身自带的有孢子,孢子由霉菌产生,它们在适宜的生长环境下可使玉米产生霉变,因此不同霉变程度的玉米由实验室在温度为30 ℃,相对湿度为90%的条件下培育产生。试验发现,培养时间不同,对应的玉米霉变程度不同,所以可用培养初始(新鲜玉米)、第2 天、第4 天、第6 天、第8 天来标记玉米的不同霉变程度。
