We report a case of a 31-year-old male who presented a smear-proven fungal keratitis mixed with viral infection on his left eye.The patient was a young healthy office staff member who hasn't experienced ocular trauma or systemic disease. The corneal smear was negative for microorganism at first consultation.Corneal ulceration was diagnosed and treated as viral keratitis. The patient responded favourably to antiviral diagnostic treatment on the first week after onset. But the lesion became severe after he had a cold.He was referred to our hospital.
