玉米是重要的粮食作物,玉米胚乳的重要组成部分淀粉更是人类的主要食物来源和工业原料.本实验主要研究玉米胚乳发育期的全部代谢物含量的变化趋势,此研究对揭示复杂的玉米胚乳合成代谢网络意义重大.
